All Moked’s production processes comply with aerospace standards, including AS9100C, for quality and manufacturing processes.

Machining
In-depth knowledge and understanding of complex machining has been a part of Moked for decades. Highly trained employees who understand CNC programming and have the skills to operate 5-axis machine centers, results in high-precision parts (between 1,000 and 5,000 different dimensions per drawing) of unparalleled quality.
Exotic
Materials
Moked produces high-precision parts from various aerospace alloys such as 300M, 13-8 PH, SS 418 (Greek Ascoloy®), SS 420, SS 440C and exotic materials such as Titanium, Tungsten, Magnesium, Invar, Kovar, HyMu, Inconel®, Discaloy™ (A286).
Additional materials: All Aluminum alloys & common Stainless Steels (17-4 PH, 15-5 PH, SAE 347 ect.)

Moked provides complete assembly and testing services for the high-quality products we produce, including seat valves, relief valves, Lee Plugs assy., Helicoil inserts assy., Bearing assy., press fit and shrink fit assy. processes. The company’s attention to details during the planning stage leads to efficient design and fast assembly.

Castings
Machining of Aluminum investment and sand castings, Stainless Steel investment castings — and more — with tight tolerance dimensions.
Moked has broad experience in converting complex machined castings to hog-out parts.
